Scope of Services
Bangudu Enterprises Ltd. provides contracting, procurement, and commodity supply services based on project scope, timelines, and agreed specifications. Service details, deliverables, and schedules are confirmed in writing before execution.
No Guarantees Unless Agreed
We do not guarantee outcomes, availability, or delivery timelines unless explicitly agreed in a signed contract or formal purchase order. Estimates, proposals, and timelines are indicative and subject to change based on scope validation and external dependencies.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project requirements, site access, approvals, and timely responses needed to execute services. Delays caused by incomplete information or approvals may impact schedules.
Payments and Pricing
Pricing, payment terms, and currency are defined in the approved quote or contract. Work may be paused if agreed payment terms are not met.
Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from services will be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
